My wife and I were in Richmond and was craving for HK style cafe. Wife said reviews were good so we checked it out. Dinner for so much food came to $55!? And the food hit the spot . The chef was a one man team and did everything. He was very good . Definitely recommend it here. Free 90min parking underground is a bonus.

Absolutely divine French toast! Crispy on the outside, pillowy soft inside, with that authentic Hong Kong cha chaan teng vibe. The real deal—tastes just like the one I fell in love with at their original HK restaurant. A must-try!

This is just an update of which I have noticed that there are a few fake negative reviews here and I understand why. It's kind of saddening that a reviewer like TT..g would leave such a negative review which I can't believe is true. For every time that I have come the chef/owner has always been so nice and helpful. I like to come for their scrambled eggs which are nice and fluffy and moist. Much better than my relatives style of scrambled eggs which is usually cooked totally dry and salty. So when I want to be impressed by a scrambled egg, I will now come here. For the price and so far the consistency. Besides where else can you get a croissant (speak it like you have a French accent, it's way more cooler to say it that way... croisssssaaaaahhhnnnt,,, eh voila). A croissant split in half stuffed with a fried wiener sausage and topped with moist jiggly scrambled eggs. What totally hits the spot is when you add some of the HK chili oil on top for some extra zippity zing and you'll be singing Sing Cafe Fusion Style like I do! Today, we brought over my sister in law and niece fresh from Japan and Australia to have a quick breakfast. It was their first time trying my childhood style of food like Macaroni soup with ham. #IYKYK (wink). I think they enjoyed this Chinese style Yoshokuya style of food. Yoshokuya is like a Japanese Western fusion style which HK has their own that is well known and loved in Vancouver / Richmond. If you've seen me in my old Yelp days, you'll already know that I have a passion for this style of food and that the chef at Sing Cafe Fusion Style is now my favourite rated place for HK Cafe food.
